DLyte 100 Automated Cell is a fully automated system powered by a six-axis robot that performs fully configurable surface finishing processes. Initially designed for polishing carbide cutting tools, its applications have expanded to include small moulds, such as punches, and 3D-printed components. The system features four configurable workstations for polishing or cleaning and integrates a SCARA robot for automatic part preparation, ensuring fully unattended operation. It also offers optional extensions, including a 3D measurement system to verify finishing quality and a laser engraving system.
