DLyte PRO500 Automated Cell is an advanced work cell designed for industries requiring full automation—or multi-level DLyte process automation—to integrate surface finishing into mass production lines. This system is particularly suited for large manufacturing companies looking to optimize or reduce production times, achieve cost savings, and secure a fast, efficient return on investment.

DLyte PRO500 Automated Cell consists of a polishing cell—comprising one or two units of the DLyte PRO500, the most powerful, advanced, and versatile dry electropolishing machine on the market—and a loading mechanism, which includes a robotic arm and a rotating module. In addition to polishing multiple metal parts simultaneously, the system automates the loading and unloading of holders into and from the machine. It can be configured with one or two DLyte PRO500 units, enabling high-output, multi-step processes within an extremely compact footprint.

The cell’s structure specifically includes a loading and unloading station, made of steel and arranged in a square layout designed to accommodate up to 64 holders; a robotic arm (a standard FANUC robot) that transfers holders between the carousel and the machine; and a double gripper capable of handling two holders simultaneously for faster exchange cycles. The front side provides easy access to the loading and unloading area for the parts being processed.
