The Pocket Blister is a compact, automatic thermoforming machine, used for packaging in blister products in a variety of sizes and shapes, mainly for the medical sector.
The blisters may be in soft or semi-rigid material.
In the proposed set-up, the Pocket Blister is interlocked with a Comau Robot for placing the pieces to be packaged or picking the finished blisters.
As optional feature, a vision system has the purpose of monitoring and measuring the component in process and decide whether it should be packaged or scrapped.
